Majid Al Futtaim's Investments in City Centre Al Maaza Mall Reach a Substantial Sum
Rasha Azab, Head of Shopping Centres at the UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim company, revealed that the company's investment volume in City Centre Al Maaza mall amounted to approximately a large sum over the past five years, with a focus on strengthening infrastructure.
Azab said during a press conference today that the company had injected investments worth a significant amount during 2023 and 2024, with the aim of improving infrastructure and developing services provided to customers.
Azab pointed out that the centre includes 268 stores, among them 100 local brands, on a total area of 100,000 square metres.
She clarified that Majid Al Futtaim currently has no plans to expand by building new centres, as the group is focusing its attention on developing existing centres and improving the customer experience.
